Q&A on the recent Extended hours for GP's (pdf file)

The Doctors' and Dentists' Review Body has today recommended a base increase of 1.5 per cent to the national salary scales for doctors for 2009-10. The DDRB’s pay recommendations have been accepted in full by the Government.

The BMA will be posting further information on their website in the next few days on how the award affects the branches of practice (April 2009). An overview and press release may be seen on the website at
